1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how GARVIT TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us", "our") handles information in AVEXO: AI & STUDENTS CONNECT ("AVEXO"). AVEXO requires an account and provides study planning, educational tools, AI assistance, social/community features, user-generated content, rewards, Premium features and related services.

2. Age

AVEXO is intended for users aged 12 years and above. AVEXO is not intentionally directed to children under 12. If you believe a child under 12 has provided information, contact us at the email above.

3. Account Information

AVEXO may process information needed for account creation and operation, including username, account credentials, display name, avatar, session information, public/private profile settings and account-deletion requests. Username availability checks, username search and public-profile synchronization support social functionality. The current account flow does not use Google Sign-In.

4. Study and Planner Information

AVEXO may process timetable blocks, subjects, revision plans, weak-subject priorities, study targets, homework, deadlines, exam targets, chapter progress, missions, focus sessions, study minutes, XP, levels, streaks, ranks and related educational progress.

5. Notes, PDFs and Documents

AVEXO provides local notes and PDF storage, organization, viewing, sharing and conversion features. Documents may remain locally on your device. If you voluntarily submit an image or document to an online AVEXO feature, it may be processed to provide that feature.

6. GARVIT GLOBAL AI

GARVIT GLOBAL AI may process prompts, responses, conversation history, images and eligible PDF/document content submitted by you for AI chat, study assistance, image analysis, OCR-style assistance, PDF analysis, revision notes and related functions. AVEXO supports creating, renaming, deleting and clearing conversations and other history controls. AI use may be subject to free and Premium quotas. We do not name an AI provider here because the enabled provider may depend on the production configuration.

7. Social, Chat and Groups

AVEXO supports public/private profiles, following, follow requests, friendships, direct messages, groups, communities, comments, replies and group media. Public profiles, public groups and public content can be visible to other users. Private profiles and private groups use available access controls. Users can block and report accounts or content.

8. Shorts and Stories

Users may create and view public Shorts and Stories, including photos, videos, text, captions, hashtags and cover frames. AVEXO may process likes, comments, saves, follows, shares, views, completion signals, interests, hashtags, creator affinity and freshness signals to operate feeds and recommendations. Stories are designed to expire after 24 hours. Uploaded content may remain under review until safety checks are completed.

9. Safety and Moderation

AVEXO supports reporting of Shorts, Stories, comments, users and categories such as sexual/18+ content, nudity, violence, harassment, hate, spam/scams and dangerous or illegal content. Reports, blocks and moderation events may be recorded to operate safety systems. Automated text and media safety checks may be used where enabled. If a safety service is unavailable or fails, content may remain under review rather than being automatically made public.

10. XP, Referrals and Store

AVEXO may process activity required for XP, levels, streaks, rankings, collectibles, referrals and rewards. Store cosmetics and equipped items may be associated with your account. The blue tick-style item is a cosmetic and does not represent real verification.

11. Premium and Payments

AVEXO Premium is currently configured at ₹299/month. Premium may provide increased AI limits, AI image access, PDF analysis, OCR-related access, increased group/media limits, higher upload limits and removal of advertisements. Where Google Play Billing is used, Google handles the payment transaction. AVEXO may process purchase-related information such as purchase tokens and entitlement status for verification. We do not need to store full payment-card details to verify a Google Play purchase.

12. Advertising

AVEXO may display advertising formats such as banner, native, interstitial and rewarded ads depending on the production configuration. Advertising providers may process technical or advertising-related information according to their own policies and applicable consent choices. Premium may remove ads while active.

13. Firebase and Backend

AVEXO uses Firebase-backed infrastructure for core functionality. Depending on the deployed configuration, this may include Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage and Cloud Functions. Backend services may process account, social, media metadata, usage-limit, Premium, referral, moderation and security information. Server-side controls may enforce quotas and entitlements.

14. Technical and Usage Data

To operate, secure and troubleshoot AVEXO, technical or usage information may be processed, such as app version/build, device or connection information, diagnostics, crash information, feature activity, security events, AI usage, uploads and content interactions, where applicable to the deployed configuration.

15. Focus Mode and Accessibility

Focus Mode may provide timers, music, Do Not Disturb behavior, session history and an advanced focus shield. If you enable app blocking, Android Accessibility permission may be used for the disclosed focus/app-blocking functionality. You can manage or revoke Android permissions through device settings.

16. Notifications

AVEXO may send study, homework, timetable, focus, follow, friend-request, group and social notifications. Available notification controls can be changed in AVEXO or Android settings.

17. Sharing and Third Parties

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate AVEXO, including infrastructure, AI processing, advertising, payment, diagnostics and safety/moderation services that are actually enabled in the App. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information as a standalone data product.

18. Public Content

Content you intentionally make public may be viewed, copied, shared or redistributed by other users. Do not publish passwords, financial information, precise location or other sensitive information in public content.

19. Security

AVEXO uses measures such as authenticated access, Firebase security rules, ownership and membership checks, server-side validation, moderation controls and protected backend operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

20. Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, operate safety and moderation, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, comply with law and enforce applicable rules. Feature-specific lifetimes may apply; for example, Stories are designed to expire after 24 hours. Security, moderation or legal records may be retained longer where necessary.

21. Account Deletion

AVEXO provides account deletion. We will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify account information in applicable systems, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation or legitimate operational reasons. Copies of public content already made by other users outside AVEXO may not be removable by us.
